Hello everyone,

Well, it was a long, strenuous weekend, but I am finally in my new place. I’ve got a few small odds and ends to grab out of my storage unit by this weekend, but after that all of my things will finally be at my fingertips again after far too long.

I’m happy that I took yesterday off as well as Friday for the move as I was so beat yesterday I passed out into a delirious nap for two hours about mid-day. Still, it is all worth it as I finally feel “at home” for the first time in quite a long time. Yes, this place is definitely a gift from the universe as it is better than I could have even imagined!

Now I get to do the fun part and unpack everything. I’ve probably got it almost halfway done already, I just want to make sure that it is presentable for if the Soledads make their presence there on the 22nd (*crosses fingers*).

Overall though, it really looks like things are starting to take a turn for the better after months of seemingly running in place. Sure, I’ve got some financial woes to contend with, but in the bigger picture I think that everything is going to turn out all right in the end.

P.S. Hopefully I am going to be getting a computer for Christmas this time round. I feel so out of touch with you all – leave a comment and tell me what the latest is with ya…

Bring a date. I think that would be an excellent way for Nicole to break in her new pad. I mean, a date for her. Not a date for you. Unless you want to share the date action. You know what I mean... sigh... it's too early for me to have coherent posts.
