Tumbleweed

My father saw a tumbleweed blow across the road while driving, I think in Oklahoma. He stopped, picked it up, and stuffed it into the trunk. It has now been in the family probably 15 years. Usually it is packed away, but it comes out for the winter holidays decorated with lights and sitting on a chest in the window.
