Yes, yes, I know that's a picture of the band, but a happy Glen Danzig should count for something too, yeah? ;)
Then again, maybe not.
I mean his mispronunciation of the band's name in my youth (they pronounced it as ""Sam-Hane") was something that I had to quickly unlearn once I became pagan...

Date: 2006-10-31 07:20 pm (UTC)It's actually pronounced more like "sow-win" (where the "sow" rhymes with "cow" or "ow", like when you hurt yourself). Or at least that is how its pronouced by many pagans. I am sure it sounds a bit different coming from a Celt.

It's actually pronounced more like "sow-win" (where the "sow" rhymes with "cow" or "ow", like when you hurt yourself). Or at least that is how its pronouced by many pagans. I am sure it sounds a bit different coming from a Celt.
