like a trashbag helmet

i have been really bad about updating lately. it seems i always do that whenever i am keeping some sort of journal -- i start with much enthusiasm and it eventually dwindles down to none. oh well. still, i'll just keep posting as i can. [ed note: in fact, i started writing this post two days ago and just not got to finish it up and post it].
