Well, I just got home from Emerald Rose and I am about to crash. It was good to see everyone, though the music was pretty far from palatable to me. Oh well.

Speaking of music, while grocery shopping the other day I heard "Here Is Gone" by The Goo Goo Dolls. I am not a fan of their's, but that song has just been stuck in my head for days on repeat. Does anyone have this song? I suppose I could download it, though with dial-up I might as well not even try.

I do not have the song, but here is interesting trivia. They are from Buffalo and used to be a hardcore punk band. I saw them a few times as a kid. They sold out, but I (sheepishly) admit I like that song too. And "Broadway" which is about a street in Buffalo where the Polish market is and where my family grew up. (Thanks for letting me share) :)

yeah an old friend of mine was a big fan of their's. i liked the early punkish stuff (which had more robby vocals), but they have certainly changed. :)
