Oh, and I definitely agree that David did his best to soften Ten's sharp edges. You can really see it in S3 alongside Martha when he's saying he's not interested in her, but his eyes and body language tell a completely different story. I think I'll always have a soft spot for him, I'm just not sure if he's my favorite right now. When he was good, he was really good, though, and I think he'll always rank high in my list along with Seven and Eleven. I just wish he didn't have such wasted potential -- that is what I mourn the most. I think being saddled with the Rose storyline throughout his tenure really tarred him for me. *sad sigh*
