okay, so duran duran just announced fall tour dates and they are playing here in atlanta at the tabernacle on november 21! that would be all fine and good, but the soledad brothers are playing that saturday (the 22nd) and barmaid1 will be flying in that day for the show.

eep.

what do i do?

at least it is not on the 22nd. i already have purchased my soledad brothers tickets.

i thought about that! i mean it is their reunion tour and i have been a big fan for like 22 years! plus the tabernacle is a small venue, so it will rock (i was terrified when they played here it would be some stadium show). since she hasn't bought her plane ticket yet, i am going to see if she can get an early flight and, hell, i will buy her concert ticket just to go. hmmm, i wonder if she would come...dammit, she's at work tonight...*paces nervously*

aw man, that would rock! too bad i wouldn't be able to, it is all such short notice. i am moving house the first month of november, so my life is in such a mess right now. i wish that the band would have consulted with me before launching this mini-tour. lol. ;)

Awesome! A new recruit! Actually, I had this strange thought... it almost sounds like it's a cult or religion or something. Kind of like Duranie Jehovas Witnesses. I've never been any good at knocking on doors though, unless it was to ask for candy on Halloween.
