Andy Warhol and I have some issues.

I think he ruined art as we know it, reducing actual skill to amateurish foolishness.

Towards the end, he didn't even make his own art! It was produced by other people in a totally mechanized, assembly line sort of production.

Any wonder why American Culture is as fake as a three dollar bill?

In that same vein, everyone with a digital camera now thinks that they're an auteur after they've filmed their own private home movie, a la Blair Witch Project.

I propose something else.

How about, Silkscreen Andy Warhol? Or, a silkscreen of a silkscreen.
